Proper nutrition is crucial for brain health, improving memory and focus, better problem-solving skills, and reducing our risk of cognitive decline. Habitually poor nutrition can lead to brain fog, decreased concentration, and increased risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
Action for today:
Add a handful of blueberries to your breakfast for a brain-boosting antioxidant punch and/or swap your afternoon snack for a small portion of nuts, rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Balanced nutritional intake is essential for maintaining a healthy weight, supporting immune function, and promoting overall physical well-being. It brings us increased energy levels to drive us to success throughout our day, and decreases the risk of chronic diseases.
Action for today:
Include a serving of leafy greens in your lunch for a nutrient-dense energy boost and/or replace one processed food item in your pantry with a whole food alternative.
